The night tablet also includes green tea extract, turmeric powder, carnitine and linoleic acid.

Take one tablet ‘Day’ (yellow) in the morning before breakfast with water. Then take one tablet ‘Night’ (blue) in the evening shortly before bed with water.

The blister packs protect the pills from moisture and humidity. Exposure to these elements may affect tablet hardness and cause coating defects. Store the tablets in the original packaging until it’s time for you to take them.

First time I ordered this one. But so happy with it! The fatburners are amazing but now with all the vitamins with in it, really so happy!

These are ok. I had to stop taking the night time tablet as I woke up feeling horribly sluggish and with headaches. They do completely knock you out though so may be ideal for some people but for me personally, although I slept, I did not wake feeling refreshed at all.

Je ne sais pas si ça marche car je n'ai pris qu'un jour mais je pense que je vais arrêter. Je ne me suis jamais considéré comme sensible à la caféine, je bois du café régulièrement et je n'ai aucun problème avec. Mais quand j'ai pris le comprimé Day j'ai eu une crise de panique pour la première fois de ma vie et des maux de tête. Pour le comprimé Night je n'ai pas eu de problèmes mais l'odeur est particulière, quelque part entre un mélange de détergent et de moisissures (difficile à mettre en bouche quand vous êtes sensible aux odeurs) Ce sont des assez gros comprimés mais si vous avez l'habitude de prendre des gros comprimés, il n'y aura pas de problèmes. J'aurais vraiment voulu que ça marche mais je ne peux pas continuer à en prendre, dommage j'ai perdu mon argent.
