Uso Suggerito

Pour out the water from the pack, using a sieve, and rinse. Add to your meal that is already cooked on a heat for two minutes. They are then ready to eat.

I've been on a carnivore /keto diet for about 14 years and from time to time I just want to eat rice or noodles. Konjac is the perfect alternative it has the right texture and mouth feel to satisfy that'd craving with none of the downsides of eating starch and gluten. Creamy risotto or fettuccine drenched in your favourite meaty sauce and parmesan cheese, perfect. As with any good food, preparation is important, make sure you thoroughly soak & wash the noodles prior cooking, also drain them off before adding a little salt and olive oil to them, then in a large frying pan heat them on a med/high heat until the last of the water has evaporated off. Now your ready to go to the next step of the cooking process.
