Suggested Use

Mix 250g with 210ml of warm water. Mix on high speed with a stand-up mixer or hand mixer with dough hook for 6 minutes. Form the dough into a loaf shake and place in a bread pan. Let the dough set for 45-60 minutes until the volume approximately doubles. Bake the break for about 60 minutes

Has good ingredients so it’s also protein rich. Tastes somewhat similar to a wholemeal Irish Soda bread (in my opinion). Good firm texture, great with spreads, dips etc

I used to buy ta different bread mix and was upset when I couldn't find it on the website any more. So I ordered this instead and it is amazing. Much better value for money and is delicious either as a slice of toast with a topping or as a sandwich with a delicious filling inside. It fills me up much more than normal white bread

Accidentally ordered 2 bags of this in my last order so I decided to try and bake different things with it. I have to say it was the BEST banana bread I have ever made in my entire life and the protein cookies I made for myself were also delicious. I can't recommend it enough!

Het brood gemaakt met deze mix (broodmachine) is lekker, smeuig en vult goed. Bijkomende bevat het veel meer eiwitten dan andere varianten. Een win-win. Ik meng meestal met een donkere broodmix (2/3 protein bread mix, 1/3 van een andere variant, extra zaden (pompoen, zonnebloem) en ik meng met water en een beetje volle melk). De kinderen en echtgenote lusten het ook, dus niets aparts maken, weeral win-win. twee dikke sneden, avocado en ei en alle macro-doelen bereikt (voor hybride atleet).
