Het is niet te zoet en bevat geen kunstmatige smaakstoffen. Het is dan ook een geweldige toevoeging aan smoothies en havermout. Na het mengen is de consistentie glad, zonder klontjes, en de samenstelling is eenvoudig en zonder onnodige toevoegingen. Ongeacht wat en hoeveel ik hierbij doe en hoelang ik shake of klop, het poeder lost nooit op. Het wordt altijd een dikke brei vol klonten. De smaak is ook niet lekker, waardoor het heel moeilijk weg te krijgen is. Enige optie voor mij om dit poeder weg te werken is door het in kleine hoeveelheden door mijn eten te mengen.
