Ik heb veel pre-workouts gehad, maar deze is de nieuwste en de beste van allemaal. Ik heb ook de reguliere C4 gehad, maar deze Sport variant geeft mij toch echt die extra kick die ik nodig heb vroeg in de ochtend. Smaakt heerlijk, mengt goed en je voelt hem zeker. Belangrijk is dat deze een fijne hoeveelheid cafeïne heeft en niet te veel, zodat je niet heen en weer stuitert. Er zit voldoende beta-alanine en L-citrulline in voor de beginnende en gemiddelde krachttrainer. Absoluut een aanrader! Deze blijft altijd in mijn supplementen stack.
