Cake for breakfast? Yes, please! This high-protein breakfast cake has 35g of protein and is packed with flavour! Super quick, easy to make and perfect with a cup of coffee before you start your day.

Mash the banana and add the Whey Essential, an egg, Smart Chocolate and baking powder.

Give it a good mix until combined.

Spray your cooking tin, pour the cake into the form and place it in the microwave at 600W for 2-3 minutes. If needed, cook it for another minute until it has a cake texture.

Let it cool down and drizzle it with Whey Choco
