SPRING ROLLS
Directions
These deliciously fresh Spring Rolls might be low in calories but they’re packed with flavour. Enjoy as a light lunch or appetiser and feel free to add as much spice as you can handle!

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan, then add the soy sauce and chicken strips and fry until fully cooked. Finely slice the carrot, cucumber, chili pepper, spring onion and coriander.

Prepare the Smart Noodles according to the instructions on the packaging, but don’t heat them up. Simply combine them with the rice vinegar and sesame oil.

Quickly dip one sheet of rice paper in lukewarm water and place onto a flat surface. Add about 1/5th of the chicken strips, Smart Noodles, Peanut Pieces and veggies to the rice paper and fold over to create your spring roll. Repeat until you’re all out of ingredients.

Enjoy with a dash of sweet chilli sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
