Smart Cooking Spray is odourless, flavourless and a great non-stick spray cooking oil with 2-12 calories per spray and 800 servings per 200ml bottle. Smart Cooking Spray comes in two flavours; original and coconut. Use for frying, roasting and grilling – or even as an oil garnish on your vegetables.

Suggested Use

Shake well before use, hold the bottle upright and spray the pan or baking dish evenly. Spray distance – 20cm.

I use the coconut cooking spray, and I really love it. The best that when I'm cooking with this I dont feel the oily smell in the whole flat.
