Truly delicious. I've tried the banana, chocolate and strawberry flavours - love them all.

it tastes great, when cold, hits the spot just right with its creaminess and sweetness. my only complain is that it finishes too fast, haha. i don't find the sweetness artificial, but then again i am not very sensitive to artificial sweeteners. i can't decide which is my favourite flavour, because it depends on the mood. they all taste good! i buy these when on sale, and even with shipping overseas, is cheaper than local retail. they are $5.50 each at the gym, they can go as low as $3.50 here.

Ik zoek steeds iets met extra proteïnen, maar vaak zitten daar dan ook te veel koolhydraten (en nog meer specifiek, de suikers) in. Hoe ik het dan bekijk, zolang de proteïnen een stuk hoger aanwezig zijn dan de koolhydraten (en vetten). Vandaar dat ik heel blij was met deze Milkshake. Lekker fris in de koelkast, schudden en drinken! Ook een fijne fles om rechtstreeks van te drinken, al minder fijne randjes gehad. En makkelijk en goed hersluitbaar.
