Ik koop deze Iso Plus en al enkele jaren omdat mijn workouts gemiddeld rond de 1,5 uur duren, en ik train 's ochtends op een vrij lichte maag. Die extra vitaminen en mineralen zijn zeker fijn, maar vooral dat kleine beetje koolhydraten zorgt ervoor dat ik net dat beetje extra energie en brandstof heb op mijn workouts goed vol te houden. Absolute aanrader voor de krachttrainer en duurtrainer. Smaakt en mengt heerlijk met water!
