Isotonic Sports Drink enhances hydration by increasing the absorption of water during exercise and ensures a regular intake of carbohydrate to the muscles. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal hydration and mineral balance in the body. The added magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance in addition to energy yielding metabolism, reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal muscle function.

De smaak van het product is vooral door de textuur wat minder, de drank blijft namelijk heel iets dikkig voor je gevoel. Door citroensap toe te voegen smaakt hij wel beter, dus dit is voor mij geen probleem
