A valid VAT number can be verified online at the EU’s official VIES website.

When will my account be approved? 
Newly registered accounts are usually approved within 1 to 3 business days. 

How can I access my invoices?
Invoices can be downloaded directly from the user’s profile in their order history.

Is it possible to be provided with a price list?
Please register as a customer first as there are some validations that need to take place during the process of getting approved. Once approved, prices will be readily visible to you on site.

Is it possible to be provided with an RRP list? 
Due to major economic differences among European countries, Body&Fit cannot provide pricing recommendations. 

Does pricing include tax?
Tax is not included in the initial pricing, but is calculated and added during the checkout process. 

I do not like the products I ordered, can I return them?
Returns are accepted within a period of two weeks and the return costs are covered by the customer.
Exceptions apply in cases where products are faulty, damaged or wrong. 

Can I receive discounts on products if I place large orders? 
Body&Fit does not grant discounts on orders, besides the existing seasonal promotions & bundle offers. 

Can I receive free or paid samples next to my orders?
